Go rockpooling with your team of friends and their loyal pups in this great fun, family game! Push your luck to collect the most shells and clean up rubbish from the beach before the tide comes in. Watch out for cheeky creatures who steal shells!

Players take turns adding Stone Cards to the Rockpool to reveal what’s underneath: shells, starfish, dog toys, cheeky shell-stealing creatures or even horrible rubbish! Sometimes a Wave will come in and wash the contents of the Rockpool away and all the shells are lost. At any time, players can Shout to empty the Rockpool for their team and add shells to their collection.

Rockpool is the perfect mix of easy to play but hard to master, meaning that players of all ages and abilities will be hooked. Younger players will love collecting shell cards and will soon learn to be strategic about how and when to Shout as they can only use each of their team cards once.

A seriously fun game with a serious message, Rockpool also helps children to understand the impact of littering on beaches and the destructive effect of plastic waste in our oceans. It encourages players to collect rubbish from the beach to increase their chance of winning the game.

Rockpool is for 2 to 6 players of 6 years and above and takes about 15 minutes to play.

Fantastic game with an environmental message

We were given this as a Christmas present and had a lot of fun playing the game ever since. We all thought it was a fantastic game, I loved how it teaches the kids about keeping the beach clean as well.

Loved this game!

This has been our favourite game since we got it in LD. It is simple; a game of collecting shells, and yet it is educational; quick decision making, and the more we play it the more we have seen new strategies evolve! The most exciting strategical element for us is the tactical skill of adding up the shells and subtracting the rubbish as you go along - I was very surprised and impressed to see my 6 year old copying her 10 year old brother doing this after just a few games! Rockpool gets a big thumbs up from us!

Great game

Saw this at start of Virtually Expo and was intrigued. Bought a copy and was not diasppointed. This was great fun to play - both for adults and young children. The game moved quickly and kept us all engaged. We particularly liked the different family members going paddling at the end as a way of scoring. My children loved the dog images on the cards!

Fun for family and friends

Enjoyable push-your-luck family game. Although the artwork suggests this is primarily a kids game, we also enjoyed it as a good filler game for more serious gamers.
